The PG850-B is a fast, reliable grinder used to prepare the weld site in the manufacturing of carbide band.  It can also be used as a roughing machine to rapidly shape the applied carbide into the general face and back angles required to allow for a more precise and efficient grinding process during manufacturing.

Standard Machine includes:

  • Bandsaw holding assemblies
  • Heavy flood coolant system
  • Grinding load monitors
  • Keyed, resettable tooth counters
